Tidy Touch Cleaning Services -Contract and Term Policy

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required from all clients prior to appointment confirmation, with such deposit serving to secure the scheduled service date and time. The remaining balance of 50% shall be due in full immediately upon completion of the service, unless alternative payment arrangements have been previously agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.

Pricing is based on the property being in normal cleaning condition upon the service date. If the property requires excessive cleaning due to excessive trash, food, grease, smoke residue, pet waste, bodily fluids, mold, mildew, hoarding, construction debris, or any condition requiring specialized treatment or extended labor beyond standard cleaning protocols, the client agrees to pay an additional fee.

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' written notice is required to cancel or reschedule any scheduled service or appointment. In the event that the Client fails to provide such notice, or cancels within the twenty-four (24) hour window, the Client forfeits any deposit or prepayment made toward the service. Additionally, failure to provide reasonable access to the Client's premises at the scheduled time shall be treated as a cancellation subject to the same forfeiture provisions. The Business reserves the right to pursue additional remedies for damages resulting from short-notice cancellations or missed appointments.

However, refunds will not be issued for completed services under any circumstances, as this guarantee is limited exclusively to re-cleaning of unsatisfactory areas. Any claims of dissatisfaction made more than twenty-four (24) hours after service completion will not be honored under this guarantee.
